10:43:42 AM   Motion passed unanimously.
10:43:46 AM Commissioner White  I'd make a motion to approve the subdivision, few modifications to the conditions, with the passage of the variance I believe it is appropriate to delete condition #9, condition #12, and condition #15 through #19. There was some discussion that we're going to change the language in #7, Jecyn has made comment that that could be modified and then also there was one in #8 that you referred to Jecyn and where was that?
10:44:40 AM Deputy County Attorney Jecyn Bremer In that regard that the covenants should be recorded with the final plat.
10:44:47 AM Commissioner White Ok, comments.
10:44:49 AM   Discussion between the Commission, Mike Lapp, and Jecyn Bremer
10:45:07 AM Commissioner Skinner Second
10:45:11 AM   Board discussion including Jecyn Bremer
10:45:35 AM Commissioner Skinner I think conditions #8 the covenants g through j are in my mind unnecessary because you've already got a, the covenants require National Fire Protection Association codes already for building. I would think that would be enough without adding more on the building. I think open fires being prohibited except for outdoor BBQ's is over the top in my opinion.
10:46:06 AM Commissioner White  I would welcome the amendment to my motion to remove the covenants g. through j. from condition #8.
10:46:19 AM Commissioner Skinner Second
